By booking into our programs here at The Clear Skies Project, I agree that I have read the Terms and Conditions outlined here. Completing the booking process I acknowledge that I understand the participation expectations outlined here for my myself and my child and agree to follow and support them to ensure all participants in the program feel safe, included and that as parent/s remain open to talk and listen in a restorative manner should any conflict or issues arise.
As adults it is important to us here at The Clear Skies Project that we along side our parents model active listening, hold space for one another and work together to solve any communication issues or conflicts that may arise. It is of great importance to us that our space, our programs and our connections to our parents and students remain positive, productive and emotionally safe.
The Clear Skies Project services are designed to help young people feel valued, heard and safe. When engaged in our services and programs we follow and promote the following expectations for everyone participating:

· We are all special people on our own unique journey
· We build up the people around us
· We all listen and we are all heard
· We are open to self-reflection and change.
I give my consent for my child to participate in The Clear Skies Project Day Program and agree to delegate my authority to the staff involved for the duration of each program as a measure to ensure their physical and emotional safety. I understand that staff will act and take whatever action that they deem necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of the students as a group, or individually if an emergent need arises. I remain open as parent/s to discuss with program staff if any of our participants feel unsafe or are effecting other participants feeling around safety.
I also authorise the teachers to obtain medical assistance when they deem necessary should the need arise due to a parent unable to be contacted in an emergency, and agree to pay all medical expenses, including ambulance and associated costs incurred. I will complete and submit The Clear Skies Project medical information form that details any allergies, conditions or things staff may need to be aware of. This form also asks to parents to identify any details of any possible limitations for inclusion in the program’s activities. (we ask this so our students all feel safe and secure in their participation.
The process for students at any time of entering or departing the building is to sign in and out. The Clear Skies Project will assume duty of care of all program participants when in active program time. Upon arrival and departure to The Clear Skies Project space, I/we understand that my child/children will be required to be signed in and out when arriving/leaving the program/building (30a Griffith Street, Coolangatta Q 4225) and that The Clear Skies Project and/or its staff are not responsible for my child's safety once signed out.
Unless otherwise stated on the medical information form, parent/s understand that video footage and photos may be taken during activities and program time that may be used later for the purpose of program promotion/publication of The Clear Skies Project and/or for student/parent review and reflection purposes during program activities if requested by parents prior.
It is of the highest importance here at The Clear Skies Project that all payment procedures and costs are 100% completely transparent, visible, open and clear for all parents. By following the payment process for each program, service or activity delivered by The Clear Skies Project, parents are agreeing to engage in a contract of service. All costs are clearly indicated within the payment process and are outlined on the website where bookings are made. All costs for services and programs are GST inclusive and have an additional booking fee of 4% which is directed to a Humanitix charity.
By making a booking I am aware of the following refund/cancellation policy and process:All refunds will be considered on a personal case by case process. Being a small business your booking and participation is financially essential for our operation. Please provide us with as much notice as possible so we may be able to negotiate anther student taking the activity/program place that will become available. All refunds will be based on remaining time not yet serviced remaining in each program duration. No refunds will be processed for program time already utilised from participation. In the event that disruptions to normal business operating freedoms occur in the future, all programs and services will continue to operate, however the way they operate may involve changes to location of services or may at worse case scenario go to an online capacity.
